"Incredible home made food, cold beers and charming atmosphere. I had the meatloaf and my fiancé had the burger both were cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. Our bartender was super attentive and very down to earth she really made us feel like we were one of the regulars. We will most certainly keep coming back here!"

"Since under new ownership, this establishment has improved. They offer a small menu but fresh homemade items, amazing wings and fresh pizza dough. Kaitlyn the bartender was attentive and had a sense of humor, much appreciated. Currently, rooms were under renovation."

"Stopped here on 11/12/25 to pick up some wings to go. The place is so different from prior years. All new and clean. Carrie was the bartender when we were there. She is funny and friendly. The wings were cooked perfectly (2 dozen) and tasted very good. I heard the steak sandwich/hoagie is top notch."

"It was nice to stop into Vowinckel Hotel. The staff was super friendly and talked to us the whole time. Our food came out hot and fresh and we really enjoyed the burgers especially. Inside you’ll find a nice dining area, games of chance, and a bar with a TV in the back."
